Ingredients
| 4 | Eggs, yolks |
| 1 clove | Garlic, (peeled) |
| ½ tsp | Flaky sea salt |
| ¼ tsp | Freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 ½ | Lemons, juice |
| 2 tsp | Wholegrain mustard (Main) |
| 505 ml | Oil, (salad) |
Directions
- Place egg yolks, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and 65ml (¼ cup) oil in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until smooth.
- Place remaining 440ml oil in a jug and, with motor running, very slowly pour oil through the feed tube.
