This fruity summery shake is made with poached plums and their syrup. It is easy to drink on a hot afternoon but, containing a tot or two of rum, is not as innocuous as it looks!
|1 part||Gold rum, or use 2 parts (we used Stolen rum)|
|1 part||Poached plum syrup, from poached plums, see link to recipe below (Main)|
|1||Poached plum, large (you may wish to use 2 plums) (Main)|
|1||Lime, juiced, or use the juice of 1 lemon|
|1 cup||Ice, or use vanilla icecream instead to make a thickshake|

- Into a blender add rum, poached plum syrup, 1-2 large poached plums, the lime or lemon juice and ice (or icecream if wanting a thickshake). Blitz until smooth and serve in a frosty cold glass.
