Ingredients
| 1 can | Chickpeas, 400g, rinsed and drained (Main) |
| 2 cups | Roast vegetables, (kumara, butternut, pumpkin leftover from the night before) (Main) |
| ½ punnet | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 2 handfuls | Spinach, chopped |
| ¼ cup | Walnuts, roughly chopped |
| 4 Tbsp | Tomato chutney, or relish |
Directions
Place ingredients in separate containers and when ready to eat, toss everything together.
