1 bunch | Asparagus, to taste (Main) |
1 handful | Cashew nuts, chopped finely |
1 drizzle | Extra virgin olive oil |
4 cloves | Garlic, chopped |
1 pinch | Sea salt, to season |
1 pinch | Ground black pepper, to season |
1 cube | Butter, extra flavour |

Directions
- Heat oil in pan, then add asparagus followed by garlic and cashew nuts. pan fried till asparagus is lightly roasted then, bring to low heat and add butter. Season with salt and Pepper
