An ideal switch on in the morning and come home to a delicious steaming evening meal ripe for any slow cooker (or perhaps idea for a pressure cooker).
Ingredients
| 1 kg | Brisket, cubed to bite size (Main) |
| 2 Tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 | Onions, quartered (you want these big and chunky) |
| 4 large | Carrots, chopped in big chunks |
| 2 tins | Canned tomatoes |
| 4 Tbsp | Smoked paprika |
| 2 Tbsp | Wine vinegar, Red wine or Balsamic is best |
Directions
- You can chop, mix and stir all the ingredients into your slow cooker the night before or in the morning (if you're a morning person), just turn it on to low as you walk out the door on your way to work.
- Serve with mash potato, rice or bagette for a super easy and tasty family meal.
