Ingredients
| 4 lbs | Pork, Pork Roast |
| 1 cup | Balsamic vinegar |
| ¼ cup | Honey |
| 2 tsp | Rosemary |
| 2 sprigs | Fresh thyme |
| 2 tsp | Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Ground black pepper |
Directions
- Place pork roast in slow cooker and top with other ingredients. Cook on high 4-6 hrs (dependent on size roast)
- Remove roast from slow cooker. Put in roast dish, pour over small portion of sauce and place in oven at 180 for 20-30 mins to brown/ caramelise.
- Pour liquid into pot and heat to bring to boil. Reduce by half.
- Remove from over, plate, pour sauce over top of roast and serve.
