Ingredients
| 1 | Cucumber, peeled and deseeded (Main) |
| ¼ cup | Rice wine vinegar |
| 1 Tbsp | Sugar |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| ½ tsp | Chilli flakes |
Directions
- Cut the cucumber longways, then slice into slices, about 5cm.
- Place in a bowl with the salt and leave for about 10 minutes. Drain the liquid, then add the vinegar and sugar.
- Set aside until ready to serve, and add chilli flakes as a garnish.
- Eat straight away, or keep in a jar in the fridge for about a week.
