Beetroot makes one of the most antioxidant-rich, vibrant coloured juices. By itself it is too earthy tasting, so I like to pair it with apple, orange and carrot for natural sweetness. The kick of lemon and ginger is lovely.
Ingredients
| 2 | Oranges, skin off |
| 1 large | Beetroot (Main) |
| 1 | Carrot |
| 1 | Green apple |
| 1 | Lemon, skin off |
| 1 inch | Ginger |
Directions
Chop all ingredients and juice together.
