Remember that these prunes are very alcoholic, so keep them away from the kids. You will need a 300ml sterilised glass jar with a lid for this recipe.

- Put the prunes, zest and gin into the jar so that everything is distributed evenly. Add more gin if necessary to cover the prunes.
- Screw the lid on tightly and reserve for two weeks before eating as a digestive after a meal. Also good with whipped cream and lots of chopped dark chocolate.
