Potato bake

the title may seem a bit uninteresting but this potato bake recipe is indeed a family favourite especially during summer bbq's and great with roast lamb or any meat dish. the garlic infused with the fresh cream adds that decadent rich taste. sorry I don't have a picture

Ingredients

5 large	Potatoes (Main)
5 cloves	Garlic
2 medium	Onions
400 g	Button mushrooms
2 cups	Fresh cream
1 sprinkle	Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1. 4-5 large potatoes sliced 4-5 cloves of garlic sliced if you like garlic add more 400g button mushrooms sliced 2 medium onion sliced Salt and pepper to taste 500ml fresh cream depending on the size of the dish grease pan, Layer Potatoes, mushroom, garlic, onion, repeat layer add salt and pepper and pour cream over Bake until golden brown and potatoes are cooked, best served when hot. enjoy
