Ingredients
| 1 kg | Pork mince (Main) |
| 500 g | Venison mince |
| 1 cup | Unsweetened apple puree |
| 1 Tbsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Dried thyme |
| 1 tsp | Sage |
| 1 cup | Breadcrumbs |
| 1 long | Sausage casing |
| 1 tsp | Freshly ground black pepper |
| 150 g | Streaky bacon |
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl and feed through a mincer.
- Using a kitchenaid mincer and sausage stuffer attachment or equivalent, make sausages and cook on a bbq or frying pan until golden.
