Pork and venison sausages

They taste yummy

Ingredients

1 kg	Pork mince (Main)
500 g	Venison mince
1 cup	Unsweetened apple puree
1 Tbsp	Salt
1 tsp	Dried thyme
1 tsp	Sage
1 cup	Breadcrumbs
1 long	Sausage casing
1 tsp	Freshly ground black pepper
150 g	Streaky bacon

Directions

1. Mix ingredients in a bowl and feed through a mincer.
2. Using a kitchenaid mincer and sausage stuffer attachment or equivalent, make sausages and cook on a bbq or frying pan until golden.
