10 stalks | Rhubarb (Main) |
8 | Plums (Main) |
½ cup | Sugar |
2 | Vanilla beans |
1 cup | Water |

- Wash plums and cut in half. Discard stones. Wash rhubarb and remove any tough fibres. Cut into 6cm lengths.
- Place sugar and water into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Add vanilla beans, plums and rhubarb. Cook over a very gentle heat for 30 minutes.
