Here's Alice Shopland's recipe for a delicious pineapple salsa.
Ingredients
1 | Pineapple (Main) |
1 handful | Fresh mint |
½ tsp | Red chillies, minced |
1 pinch | Salt, large |
Directions
- Trim, peel and core the pineapple, and cut it into small pieces.
- Stack the mint leaves and cut them into thin strips.
- Finely slice or mince the chilli.
- Put them all into a serving bowl with the salt and mix together.
- The salsa can be served with sweet and savoury dishes.
