Ingredients
| ½ cup | Extra virgin olive oil (Main) |
| 1 ½ cups | Basil leaves (Main) |
| 2 Tbsp | Pine nuts, lightly toasted |
| 2 cloves | Crushed garlic |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| 50 g | Parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
Directions
- Blend the basil, oil, nuts, garlic and salt in a food processor.
- Remove to a bowl and stir in the cheese and taste for seasoning.
