1 sprinkle | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
½ cup | Sour cream |
1 Tbsp | Parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
¼ tsp | Cayenne pepper |
3 Tbsp | Fresh parsley |
1 | Tomato, medium, sliced |

- Preheat oven to 190degC. Place fish fillets in an ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, blend together sour cream, parmesan cheese, cayenne and parsley. Spread this mixture over the fish.
- Bake 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily, indicating it is cooked. Top with sliced tomato.
