|3 cups||Grated parmesan cheese (Main)|
|2 Tbsp||Sesame seeds|
|1 Tbsp||Poppy seeds|
|½ tsp||Freshly ground black pepper|
|¼ tsp||Chilli powder|

- Finely grate the parmesan into a bowl.
- Add sesame seeds, poppy seeds, fresh black pepper, and chill powder if you want the kick.
- Thinly spread cheese onto a baking tray lined with baking paper in hand-sized lots and bake in a hot oven until just golden.
- Cool and break into bite-sized pieces to serve.
