Ingredients
½ cup | Rolled oats (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Sultanas |
¾ cup | Freshly squeezed orange juice, or mandarin juice |
1 pinch | Salt |
½ cup | Greek yoghurt |
1 optional | Milk |

- Start the night before by putting the rolled oats, juice, sultanas and salt into a bowl.
- Next morning stir in the yoghurt and enough milk to make a sloppy mixture. Eat.
