This recipe is so so yummy even my kids like it. simple to make and tastes great warm or cold with cream or yogurt.
Ingredients
1 cup | Wholemeal flour |
1 tsp | Baking powder |
½ cup | Brown sugar |
50 g | Rolled oats (Main) |
15 | Dried apricots (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Sunflower seeds |
2 | Eggs, lightly beaten |
2 Tbsp | Butter, melted |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 170ºC. Grease a 20cm square baking tin Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, oats, apricots and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Mix buter and eggs together in a separate bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients together and spoon into prepared tin. Smooth top with a spatula. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until firm. Cool completely before cutting into 8 rectangles. ENJOY !!!
