500 g | Peanuts, blanched (Main) |
¾ cup | Cashew nuts (Main) |
¾ cup | Pumpkin seeds |
2 Tbsp | Oil |
50 g | Butter |
1 Tbsp | Curry powder |
2 tsp | Fennel seeds |
1 tsp | Sea salt |
3 cups | Rice bubbles |
1 cup | Crispy noodles, fried (Main) |
½ cup | Raisins |

- Preheat oven to 180C. Place peanuts, cashew nuts, pumpkin and fennel seeds in a roasting dish and bake for 15 minutes. Shake halfway through cooking.
- Add butter, oil, curry powder, salt, rice bubbles, noodles and raisins. Bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes until nuts are golden.
- Wait until cool, then store in an airtight container.
Tip! You can change the nuts and seeds to suit your taste, just keep the quantities in balance.
