Nuoc cham is a popular Vietnamese dipping sauce and has the balanced flavours of sweet, sour, salty and spicy.
|¼ cup||Limes, freshly squeezed juice, or use lemon juice|
|2 Tbsp||Sweet chilli sauce, or use 3 tbsp if required|
|2 Tbsp||Fish sauce|
|2 Tbsp||Water, or use 3 tbsp if required|
|1||Garlic clove, very finely chopped|
|1||Red chilli, or use 2 chillies if required, finely chopped|

- Combine all the ingredients together and mix until the sweet chilli sauce dissolves.
- Set aside for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavours to mix and mingle.
