This is a recipe I only cook for special dinners ,so there are a lot of great memories !
Ingredients
| 2 fillets | Beef (Main) |
| 1 packet | Blue cheese |
| ½ cup | Dry white wine |
| 2 ½ bottles | Cream |
| ⅕ dashe | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 15 long | Green beans |
| 2 servings | Potatoes |
Directions
- Sauce for your fillet. In a small pot melt blue vein cheese ,wine and cream slowly till all melted and combined .easy
- Cook your beef fillets with a dash of New Zealand beautiful olive oil to your liking , and serve with fillet smothered in sauce ,with a side of creamy potatoes and fresh green beans !!!
