Ingredients: 500 punnets Strawberries; 2 squeezes Oranges, juiced; ½ tsp Almond essence; 1 cup Caster sugar

Love this recipe cause it's quick and easy and delicious with ice cream

Ingredients

500 punnets	Strawberries
2 squeezes	Oranges, juiced
½ tsp	Almond essence
1 cup	Caster sugar

Directions

wash and clean all the strawberries. Slice half of the strawberries and place in a bowl. Puree the other half the strawberries with the orange juice, almond essence and sugar.. When pureed, pour over the sliced strawberries. Mix together and pour over vanilla icecream.. This will be enough for 4 people. There won't be anything left though. It's so yummy.
