Serve this sauce with crumbed chicken fingers or schnitzel, in a chicken burger or as a dressing over a chicken salad.
Ingredients
| ⅓ cup | Sour cream (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | Wholegrain mustard (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | Dijon mustard (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | Tarragon mustard (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | American mustard (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | Horseradish, ready prepared |
| ½ tsp | Cayenne |
| 1 | Lemon, juiced, or use the juice of ½ grapefruit |
Directions
- To a bowl add sour cream, wholegrain, dijon, tarragon and American mustards, horseradish, cayenne and lemon or grapefruit juice. Whisk until smooth and season to taste.
