Our friends from Pic’s, along with their friends from Lewis Road and Pomeroy’s, are planning to serve smoothies at the finish line of the Auckland Marathon this Sunday, to help competitors recover. Such goodness is too good for anyone to miss out on so we’ve secured their recipe for you to try at home.
Ingredients
140 g | Ice |
200 g | Milk, Lewis Road (Main) |
18 g | Drinking chocolate, Pomeroy's |
20 g | Peanut butter, Pic's smooth |
20 ml | Caramel syrup, Monin, use up to 30ml depending on taste |
1 pinch | Salt |
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz until you are happy with the texture. Sprinkle with Pomeroy’s drinking chocolate and salt to serve.
