Mozzarella salad sticks with basil and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

1 pot	Mozzarella cheese, cut into quarters or mozarella ciliegine (Main)
1 punnet	Cherry tomatoes, selection, cut in half
1 bunch	Basil leaves, fresh

Directions

1. Alternate the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil on the skewer.
2. Serve with cracked pepper and virgin olive oil.

Chef's tip

Ciliegine is a smaller cherry size version of a mozzarella. Look for Massimo’s Italian Cheese in speciality food stores and some supermarkets.
