1 cup | Frozen berries (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Sugar |
Crumble Topping
3 cups | Rolled oats, (jumbo size oats) (Main) |
2 cups | Flour |
1 cup | Chocolate, good quality, roughly chopped |
1 cup | Slivered almonds |
200 g | Butter |

- Thaw berries. Mix berries, custard powder and sugar together and spoon into a two cup-capacity ramekin.
- Pile a half-cup of crumble topping on top of the fruit.
- Bake at 190 degC for 25 minutes or until crumble is golden and cooked.
- Serve hot with ice-cream, cream or sorbet.
- Crumble Topping: Mix oats, flour, almonds and chocolate together. melt butter and mix into oat mixture.
- Place in a plastic bag and seal. Place in the freezer until required.
