Ingredients
| 1 handful | Red cabbage, sliced (Main) |
| ½ | Yellow capsicums, sliced, or use an orange capsicum (Main) |
| 1 | Carrot, grated |
| 1 small bunch | Coriander, roughly chopped |
| 2 pieces | Spring onions |
| 1 sprinkle | Nuts, and seeds; whatever is in the pantry |
| 1 | Lime, cut into wedges |
| 1 dash | Extra virgin olive oil, for dressing |
| ½ cup | Refried beans, hot, to serve (Main) |
Directions
- When making this, I just use enough vegetables for what I feel like, and assemble it on the plate.
