Ingredients
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 Tbsp | Parsley |
| 1 tsp | Curry powder |
| 1 tsp | Salt and pepper |
| 250 g | Sausage meat |
| 500 g | Mince (Main) |
Sauce
| ½ | Chopped onions |
| ½ cup | Water |
| ¾ cup | Tomato sauce |
| 2 Tbsp | Cornflour, mixed with water |
| 3 Tbsp | Plum jam, heaped |
| 3 Tbsp | Vinegar |
| ½ cup | Brown sugar |

Directions
- Form into balls with wet hands Sauce Brown meat balls, place in casserole dish, cover with sauce and cook until thick.
