|400 g||Chopped tomatoes (Main)|
|¼ cup||Tomato paste|
|1 tsp||Brown sugar|
|½ cup||White wine|
|1 tsp||Dried oregano|

- Mix mince, breadcrumbs, currants, cinnamon, parsley, salt and pepper together. Shape mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and cook meatballs, turning often, until golden brown. Remove meatballs from pan and set aside.
- Add garlic and onion to the pan with a little extra oil if needed. Cook until just tender. Add the tomato paste, tomatoes, orange rind, sugar and oregano to the pan.
- Pour in wine and stock. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Return meatballs to the pan. Simmer, covered until meatballs are cooked.
