Ingredients
| 3 | Carrots, peeled and chopped (Main) |
| 3 | Parsnips, peeled and chopped (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | Sour cream |
| 1 Tbsp | Butter |
| 1 small handful | Chopped chives |
| 1 small handful | Chopped dill |
Directions
- Place carrots and parsnips into a saucepan of salted cold water and boil until tender.
- Drain, add sour cream and butter and mash until smooth. Stir through chives and dill and season.
