- Prick sausages all overwith the tip of a sharp knife. Place sausages in a shallow ceramic dish.
- Combine the remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Pour marinade over sausages and toss well to coat. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight to marinate sausages.
- Bring sausages to room temperature. Heat oven to 180°C. Remove sausages from marinade and place in an oven pan. Bake sausages for 10 minutes, turning and basting once or twice with marinade.
- Serve with the flat breads and salad.
