This Mexican salsa is great served with skewers of barbecue chilli chicken.
Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Onion, finely diced |
| 1 cup | Mango, diced (Main) |
| 1 cup | Cucumber, diced (Main) |
| 1 Tbsp | Mint, chopped |
| 2 tsp | Lime juice |
| 1 sprinkle | Flaky sea salt, to taste |
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, adding salt to taste just before serving.
