Ingredients
| 1 can | Mango, fruit and juice (Main) |
| ¼ tsp | Ground cardamom |
| 1 cup | Plain unsweetened yoghurt |
| ½ cup | Cashew nuts, natural, unsalted |
| 5 | Ice cubes |
Directions
Blend everything in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into serving glasses. Serve cold.
