6 stalks | Celery stalks, thinly sliced |
1 | Red capsicum, chopped |
1 | Yellow capsicum, chopped |
2 | Red onions, diced |
1 cup | Sultanas |
500 g | Mayonnaise, spicy |
Directions
- . BOIL MACARONI but not overdone: still a little firm-ish, not soft! Then DRAIN and COOL in a LARGE SERVING BOWL (when cooling, give a bit of a stir so pasta doesn't stick together) . ADD ALL OTHER SALAD INGREDIENTS TO PASTA & MIX IN . ADD DRESSING JUST BEFORE SERVING, AND STIR SO IT COATS EVERYTHING. . REFRIGERATE BEFORE AND AFTER SERVING.
