Ingredients
| ⅓ cup | Lime juice (Main) |
| ⅓ cup | Fish sauce |
| 15 tsp | Seseme oil |
| ⅓ cup | Brown sugar |
| 1 to taste | Lime, finely grated rind (Main) |
| 1 | Chinese cabbage, outer leaves removed, cut into wedges (Main) |
| 250 g | Snow peas, trimmed |
| 3 | Carrots, thinly sliced |
| ½ cup | Mint leaves |
| ½ cup | Fresh coriander |
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, lime rind, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Arrange the cabbage on a serving platter and layer with the snow-pea sprouts, carrot, mint and coriander.
- Spoon over the lime and sesame mixture to serve.
