| 100 ml | Milk |
| 100 g | Sugar |
| 2 | Lemon juice (Main) |
| 4 tsp | Gelatine (Main) |

- Put milk sugar cream lemon juice in bowl. Microwave low 6mins
- Mix gelatine w 4tsp water
- Stir in gelatine
- Serve into 6 tea cups. Place into fridge 4hrs min
