Ingredients
2 | Lemons, zest & juice (Main) |
¾ cup | Barley (Main) |
½ cup | Honey |
6 cups | Water |
Directions
- Rinse pearl barley under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Place the barley in a saucepan with the zest lemons and water.
- Bring to the boil and then simmer for 10 minutes, strain and discard the barley.
- Stir in the juice of the lemons and honey. Cool to room temperature.
