This is a recipe that my husband and I first started using in Australia when we would use our BBQ nearly all year round. We were always looking for new ways to cook meats and this became a firm family favourite.
Ingredients
| 500 g | Lamb mince (Main) |
| 1 cup | Pitted black olives (Main) |
| ½ packet | Feta |
| 1 handful | Fresh herbs |
| 1 pinch | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
Directions
- Chop up the olives, herbs and feta add to the lamb mince, cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. Remove from the fridge and form patties. You can either BBQ these or fry these in a frypan. Serve with cos cos and a salad. Yum.
