These delicious meatballs are great to freeze - serve with your favourite salad. Preparation: 20min. Cooking: 15min.
|500 g||Lamb mince (Main)|
|1 tsp||Ground cumin|
|1 tsp||Ground coriander|
|2 cloves||Garlic, finely chopped|
|1 tsp||Smoked paprika (Main)|
|½ tsp||Dried oregano|
|1||Lemon, use 1tsp of finely grated lemon rind|
|1 tsp||Lemon juice|
|3 Tbsp||Olive oil|

- Place mince in a bowl and combine with cumin, coriander, finely chopped garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, lemon rind of a lemon and juice ( either sqeeze from the lemon or use cooking lemon juice). Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll mixture into small walnut-size balls.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook meatballs in batches until golden and cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
