Every year we go on pilgrimage via Dargaville to fetch a trailer load of rejected kumara for ... our pigs and every year the most existential question arise How much kumara can we possible it.
Ingredients
| 1 cup | Orange kumara, cooked & peeled |
| 1 cup | Banana, ripe |
| 250 g | Coconut yoghurt |
| 1 dash | Cinnamon, Ceylon |
| ¼ cup | Thick coconut milk |
| ¼ cup | Water |
Directions
- Cook, cool and peal kumara (day/s ahead).
- Add all ingredients in the blender. Add more or less water to lube your blender.
- Serve. It can patiently wait in the fridge for tomorrow.
