Kiwi esplanade New Zealand spinach smoothie

Ben & I have a vegetable garden on the verge of our property on Kiwi Esplanade, Mangere Bridge. We have the New Zealand Spinach growing there all year round. Is a very nice and healthy greenish looking vegetable. What so special about it because is a native vegetable and people just dropping by to have a chat about it And they allow to take some. We love sharing our vegetables in our garden.

Ingredients

½ cup	Spinach, use a New Zealand variety
1 ½ cups	Natural yoghurt
2	Bananas (Main)
3	Kiwifruit
1 cup	Ice
2 stalks	Celery
2	Carrots

Directions

1. Chop up all the vegetables and put them into the juicier. Add banana, kiwifruit then the ice.
2. Mix them well until.
