Ingredients
| ½ packet | Kale leaves |
| 1 | Orange (Main) |
| 100 g | Feta |
citrus dressing
| ½ cup | Grapefruit juice |
| ¼ cup | Rice bran oil |
| 1 tsp | Honey |
| ¼ tsp | Red chillies |
Directions
- wash and dry kale leaves. Place in a bowl. Crumble feta over. Peel and chop the orange into chunks, tumble into bowl. Mix gently.
- Place dressing ingredients into a jar. Shake vigorously till well incorporated. Sprinkle generously over the salad. Assemble on serving plates, distributing orange pieces evenly.
