¼ cup | Icing sugar |
¼ cup | Low-fat yoghurt |

- Place berries and icing sugar in the bowl of a food processor and process until mixture is smooth and thick.
- Add yoghurt and process to combine. This makes a soft-serve style gelato.
- Spoon gelato immediately into serving bowls and serve topped with a few extra frozen berries.
