Ingredients
| 1 kg | Pork mince, or ready rolled sausage meat if you can find it (Main) |
| 1 packet | Flaky pastry |
| 4 | Spring onions, finely sliced |
| 20 g | Salt |
| 5 g | Ground ginger |
| 5 g | Ground sage |
| 5 g | White pepper |
| 10 g | Crushed garlic |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Depending on the size you require, put a portion of the mixture into the middle of the pastry, roll, and seal the edge with a little lightly beaten egg.
- Brush with beaten egg and cook for 30 mins at 160 degC or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Makes eight to 12 rolls depending in desired size.
