Ingredients
| 3 Tbsp | Creme fraiche |
| 1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1 Tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 2 Tbsp | Cornichons, or gherkin |
| 1 Tbsp | Chopped capers |
| 1 packet | Leader Brand potatoes (Main) |
| 2 cups | Rocket leaves |
| 4 | Radishes, sliced |
| 2 cups | Smoked fish, pieces |

Directions
- Whisk together creme fraiche, mustard, olive oil and lemon juice. Season and mix through cornichons and capers.
- Heat potatoes according to packet instructions.
- Slice the hot potatoes and mix through enough dressing to coat them. Mix through the rocket, radish and smoked fish and serve with extra dressing to drizzle over.
