I love the New Zealand spinach so much and the reason is so special because I go to the gym just about everyday on my bike biking along Mangere Bridge to The Jordan Centre at Onehhung and I always look forward to enjoy the spinach smoothie when get home from the gym.
Ingredients
½ cup | Natural yoghurt |
2 | Bananas (Main) |
1 | Carrot |
2 | Kiwifruit |
4 | Spinach leaves |
1 | Apple |
1 cup | Ice |
Directions
- Put ice into processor and then add banana, carrot, apple, kiwifruit,spinach and put yogurt in last. Process them until well mixed. Pour it into glasses.
- Enjoy the smoothie with organic avocados, oatmeal crackers, Edam cheese and blue cheese
