Ingredients
| 3 Tbsp | Hoisin sauce |
| 3 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 tsp | Manuka honey |
| 1 tsp | Fresh ginger, crushed |
| 1 tsp | Minced garlic |
| 1 Tbsp | Sweet chilli sauce |
| 1 fillet | Venison (Main) |
Directions
- Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl. If a largish piece of venison loin then increase marinade by half
- Thinly slice the venison loin. Add to marinade and leave for 2-3 hours.
- When ready lift pieces of venison from marinade and cook on BBQ for 2-3 minutes each side, Pile on plate and hand round. Watch them disappear!
- This is also very tasty with wild duck breast and wild goose breast too.
