Ingredients
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 4 tsp | Yeast, DYC |
| 4 cups | Water, warm |
| 8 cups | Plain flour (Main) |
| 6 Tbsp | Sugar |
Directions
- Put all ingredients but the flour in a bowl and leave for about 20 minutes.
- Then add 4 cups plain flour and stir. Leave for an hour.
- Add 4 cups more flour, and add more when kneading to make a nice dough (8 cups plain flour in total).
- Put into a dish and bake for a hour in oven at 150 degC.
Tip: This recipe can make fried bread as well.
