Ingredients
| 2 | Kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks (Main) |
| 2 cups | Kale, shredded |
| 1 | Banana, use up to 2 |
| 1 cup | Coconut water |
| 2 Tbsp | Chia seeds |
| ½ cup | Coconut yoghurt |
| 2 servings | Fruit, sliced, to decorate |
Directions
- Place kiwifruit, 1½ cups kale, banana, coconut water, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and coconut yoghurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving bowl and place into the freezer for 1 hour to chill completely.
- Garnish with remaining chia seeds, fruit and a little shredded kale.
