We all know how amazing green kale is for us. Considered a superfood, kale is packed with good healing properties. In this recipe, we blend it up with oranges and pineapple to give it a bit of sweetness. Talk about goodness in a cup!
Ingredients
| 100 ml | Freshly squeezed orange juice |
| 100 g | Kale leaves, leaves (Main) |
| 1 | Banana |
| 10 | Almonds |
| ½ cup | Pineapples, frozen, chopped |
| 2 Tbsp | Greek yoghurt, heaped |
Directions
- Blend for 40 seconds.
- Best served chilled.
